The HypnoBirthing® method is taught in a course of friendly, informative and relaxed childbirth preparation classes.  It is a programme of deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, and education.  Couples are taught techniques for a gentle birth using guided imagery, visualisation and special breathing.  The techniques are easy to learn and apply, preparing you both mentally and physically for your baby's birth.

With HypnoBirthing® preparation for birth, there is a huge reduction in instances of episiotomies, caesarian sections (C sections) and post-natal depression.
